Lease for Amped Fitness Dallas-Fort Worth Location

 

DALLAS — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the lease of 110 W Campbell Rd, Richardson, TX, within Richardson Plaza. Matthews™ AVP and Associate Director Grayson Duyck represented the landlord in the transaction.

 

The space, totaling 38,562 square feet, was leased by Amped Fitness, a fitness center franchisor and operator based in Florida. The Richardson Plaza location will be the first Amped Fitness gym in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro and their 25th location nationwide. Richardson Plaza offers a prime location due to its proximity to several local and national retailers. Through the leasing of 110 W. Campbell Rd, Matthews™ significantly increased the landlord’s NOI.

 

“This deal was anything but easy. Despite the numerous LOIs and great amount of interest we were able to generate right out of the gate, the parking requirements put in place by the city ended up killing a handful of deals,” Duyck said. “We were able to connect with an out-of-market fitness concept looking to break into the DFW market. We worked around the parking requirements to make a deal that worked for both parties. I’m extremely excited to see Amped Fitness open their first of many DFW locations here in Richardson!”
