DENVER, CO— Matthews™ was recognized on the Denver Business Journal’s list of Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerages by Dollar Amount of Sales Brokered in 2025 in the Denver area. The ranking reflects the firm’s transaction activity and growing presence across the Denver commercial real estate market.
The list ranks the Denver area’s 23 largest commercial real estate brokerages by total dollar volume of sales brokered in 2025. Collectively, the firms brokered approximately $7.09 billion in sales between January and December 2025 and generated nearly $725 million in revenue from Denver-area operations.
The ranking covers the seven-county Denver metro, including Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties.
