National Brokerage Hires L.B. Sierra to Launch Florida Office and Head Recruitment Efforts

 

Tampa, FL – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently hired former Colliers Director of Office and Industrial Services, L.B. Sierra as Market Leader of the national brokerage firm’s newly opened Tampa office. As Market Leader, Sierra will manage the office and lead agent recruitment efforts. As part of the Matthews™ executive leadership board, Sierra will further cultivate the company’s presence and services throughout the Tampa MSA.

 

With over 10 years of commercial real estate expertise, Sierra brings a valuable background of brokerage and leadership experience. Prior to his position at Colliers, Sierra served as Director of Brokerage and Leasing for Cardinal Point Real Estate, a full-service commercial and residential firm based in Tampa, where he facilitated multi-million-dollar lease and sale transactions. Sierra is also an active member of the Tampa business community, having joined several local real estate organizations and currently serving on the Society of Real Estate Professionals board.
