Nashville, TN— Matthews™ Founder and Chief Executive Officer Kyle Matthews sat down with Commercial Observer to discuss Matthews™ rebrand, following the company’s ten-year anniversary.

The firm, formerly Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, has streamlined its name to simply Matthews™, reflecting its evolution into a modern, tech-forward company that blends innovation with strong client relationships.

Since launching in 2015 with fewer than 20 employees, Matthews™ has expanded to more than 1,000 professionals across 25+ offices nationwide. The rebrand underscores the company’s aggressive growth strategy, which includes scaling its investment sales and capital markets divisions, building a national debt platform, and hiring 250 new team members this year alone.

Looking ahead, Matthews’™ leadership views the milestone as a springboard for the next decade, positioning the firm as a leading force in commercial real estate with technology, scale, and people at its core.
