Perkins was honored for his accomplishments as Market Leader in Washington, D.C., where he has built a reputation for executing complex investment sales transactions and delivering exceptional outcomes for private clients. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a client-first approach, combining market expertise with strategic execution to help investors maximize value while establishing himself as one of the firm’s emerging leaders.
