This expansion comes as another vital step as the brokerage accelerates its West Coast growth efforts.

 

San Diego’s commercial real estate industry is flourishing, powered by the demand for assets in the technology and life science sectors. As the company extends its reach in the West, they aim to recruit over 200 agents in 2022 throughout the U.S. Executive Vice President and Managing Director David Harrington is thrilled to launch a physical presence in an already established and high-producing real estate market.

The San Diego office opening will be led by industry veteran Matt LoPiccolo and Michael Federico, who bring over 20 years of combined commercial real estate experience to the brokerage. Along with LoPiccolo and Federico, the San Diego office anticipates growing by 50 agents in the next 36 months.
