National Brokerages Positions Maxwell Ullman as AVP in Encino Office 

 

Los Angeles – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently hired net lease retail specialist Maxwell Ullman as Associate Vice President. Based out of Encino, CA, Ullman will focus on single tenant net lease retail investment sales nationwide.   

 

Prior to joining Matthews™, Ullman was a principal founder of Growth Property Group, LLC, a New York-based investment firm which owned and operated in the single tenant net lease retail space throughout the United States. Ullman also previously worked for global residential real estate firm Compass, where he managed the leasing of one of New York City’s largest portfolios. Finding success early in his career, Ullman devotes himself to providing actionable market data, professional insights, and guidance during every client interaction.
