Matthews™ represented the buyer in both transactions, closing the AR location for $6,075,000 and the CO location for $7,590,000. The buyer was motivated to get a long-term secure asset, a passive stream of income, and capitalize on the accelerated depreciation of the asset type.

 

The off-market seller was sourced by Matthews’ agents who had a previous relationship with the seller and their representatives. The owner received a seamless closing process on both sites in two different states.
