OHIO Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM), a fully integrated and dedicated financing division of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, secured a $9,000,000 refinance loan for a 10-property multifamily portfolio located across Lorain, Fairview, and Elyria, OH. Matthews™ Associate Jack Quigley managed the loan transaction.

 

The loan features a 30-year amortization period, with no prepayment penalty and no lender origination fee.
