$85M Secured for Student Housing Construction

 

FLORIDA — Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM), a fully integrated and dedicated financing division of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, secured $85M in construction financing for a student housing development in Tallahassee, FL. Matthews™ First Vice President Ariel Zucker managed the loan transaction.

 

The loan was structured with a life company and debt fund.
