ATLANTA — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, represented the seller of 3368 Moreland Avenue, Conley, GA, a trophy industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility. The property sold for $12,000,000. Matthews™ Vice President and Associate Director Harrison Auerbach managed the transaction.

 

Located in an industrial pocket of the South Clayton/Henry County submarket, 3368 Moreland Avenue sits on over 10.5 acres with a building coverage ratio of only 8%. The building, renovated in 2005, totals approximately 37,000 square feet.

 

“This deal offered a top-tier IOS property within a thriving industrial submarket of the Atlanta MSA,” Auerbach said. “It has been meticulously maintained with in-demand features. The amount of interest we received for this property was incredible.”
