Jackson, MS – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the sale of a multi-tenant industrial property located at 750 Boling St, Jackson, MS. The transaction was brokered by Senior Associate Harrison Auerbach.

 

The seller, a local real estate investor, sold the property to eliminate of the extensive management responsibilities the asset requires. Consisting of 20 various tenants on short-term leases, the industrial facility demands great attention and time. The investor previously listed with a competing broker but received few offers at lower price points over the course of several months. They then relisted with Matthews™ after seeing the firm’s technology suite and thorough processes.
