Sale of Canton Multifamily Portfolio

The seller, a client of Matthews™, was looking to relinquish the properties in a portfolio transaction to reallocate capital into other business ventures. The buyer was sourced through an existing relationship, who achieved their goal of adding units and building upon their Canton portfolio.
