Tampa, FL— Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announces the sale of a four-unit Jallo Car Wash portfolio, located across the Tampa MSA. Matthews™ Associate Vice President Jake Lurie represented the seller in the transaction.

 

The buyer, Links Car Wash, continues to expand its footprint in the Tampa MSA with this acquisition. The buyer intends to rebrand the location and leverage its potential for further business growth. This acquisition strengthens Links Car Wash’s position in the region as they focus on building market share.

 

The seller, Paul Jallo, is looking to transition into other business ventures to leverage the equity gained from expanding the business.
