Matthews™ Continues California Expansion with Bay Area Location
Los Angeles, CA – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, the nation’s fastest-growing commercial real estate company, announced it has extended its reach into the San Francisco Bay Area, the commercial and financial center of Northern California. Building on the company’s success in other parts of California as well as Texas, Ohio, and Georgia, the new office located at the Atrium on Broadway in downtown Walnut Creek is officially open for business. The Northern California office location is 1981 North Broadway Suite 202, Walnut Creek, CA 94596.
After breaking company sales volume records in 2018, and on pace to do so again in 2019, Matthews recently added additional firepower in existing offices with their largest recruiting class in company history. “The tremendous amount of growth that the company has experienced has inevitably led to further expansion,” said Chairman and CEO Kyle Matthews. “We are already doing a significant amount of business in this market, therefore expanding into the Bay Area was a logical step for us.”
The strategic location of the office in the Bay Area will enable Matthews™ to better serve the Northern California market by offering easy access to business centers. “We are proud to expand our presence into other major commercial real estate markets within California,” said Chief Operating Officer Duerk Brewer. “Opening an office in the San Francisco Bay Area will allow us to have boots on the ground, which in turn will help us to further advance our investment sales and continue to offer our clients the best service the commercial real estate sector has to offer.” In 2019 alone, Matthews™ has opened three new locations in major markets across the U.S.
Keeping in line with the firm’s aggressive growth strategy, Matthews™ will continue its national expansion with plans to further develop the company’s presence in the Southeast and Mid-West as the next phase of growth. Kyle Matthews will be personally spearheading the Eastern US expansion. The company expanded its existing presence in Georgia and Texas and is slated to open a new office in Nashville, TN later this year.
