Matthews™ EVPs Named 2026 Influencers in Multifamily by GlobeSt

NEW YORK, NY— Matthews™ Executive Vice Presidents Stephen Dadourian and Brock Emmetsberger have been named 2026 Influencers in Multifamily by GlobeSt.
This recognition highlights professionals whose leadership, transaction activity, market expertise, and broader industry contributions are helping share the multifamily sector.
Dadourian was recognized for his more than four decades of experience across Lower Manhattan, where he specializes in investment sales throughout complex submarkets including Chinatown, SoHo, and the Lower East Side. Since 2023, he has closed nearly $60 million in transaction volume, including the $15.25 million sale of 158 Lafayette Street in the SoHo Cast Iron District, which generated 16 competitive offers, as well as the recent $2.25 million disposition of 18 Pell Street in Chinatown. His deep market expertise is rooted in his tenure as co-founder of DG Hart Associates, where he helped build and grow the firm over two decades. Dadourian also serves on the Advisory Board of the Chinatown Partnership Local Development Corporation and the Board of Trustees for the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church.
Emmetsberger was recognized for a career spanning nearly $2 billion in transaction volume across close to 200 properties. With deep expertise in Manhattan investment sales, he has played a particularly prominent role in West Chelsea, where he has negotiated more multifamily development site sales than any other broker in New York City following the 2005 rezoning. Since joining Matthews™ in 2023, Emmetsberger has helped drive the New York multifamily division’s listing of more than $300 million in assets, including the $15.25 million sale of 158 Lafayette Street and the $13 million disposition of 430 Hudson Street. He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, leads the KDA Legacy Foundation, and supports preservation efforts through his involvement with Friends of the High Line.
