Off-Market Transaction Owner-User Express Wash

 

GEORGIA —  Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, facilitated the sale of the PC Fresh Wash Carwash at 45 Exchange Way, Braselton, GA. Matthews™ First Vice President Beryl Grant and Associate Landon Carter facilitated the transaction.

 

The carwash, built by a local developer, has been in operation since 2021. Located at the corner of Braselton Parkway and Highway 53, the site offers excellent visibility and access, which has contributed to its strong performance.

 

The seller, PC Fresh Wash, aimed to capitalize on the value created by establishing strong car counts and membership passes since the wash’s opening. Matthews™ sourced an aggressive price off market, which resulted in the seller achieving a price that accurately reflected the site’s performance. The all-cash deal enabled a seamless and efficient closing.

 

According to CoStar, this transaction marks the largest owner-user express wash transaction in Georgia in 2025.

 

The buyer, Four Seasons Auto Wash, continues to expand their portfolio throughout Georgia as this is their fourth site open under the brand.
