ALBANY, NEW YORK— Matthews™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announces the successful sale of Hannaford Plaza, a 111,077 square foot grocery-anchored shopping center in East Greenbush, NY for $17.25 million. The property is anchored by Hannaford Supermarket and strategically located near Albany in New York’s Capital Region. After being on the market for nearly two years with no success, Matthews™ implemented a focused marketing campaign that generated multiple competitive offers. The sale closed in July 2025.
