National Brokerage Hires Patrick Graham to Open New Texas Office
Houston, TX — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, hired industry veteran Patrick Graham as Market Leader to lead the company’s entrance into Houston. As Market Leader, Graham will manage local business development and recruiting efforts.
Throughout his career, Graham has focused on single-tenant retail investment sales, retail tenant representation, land acquisition, and industrial transactions. Prior to Matthews™, Graham was the President & CEO at Grawood Commercial Real Estate. Graham also held a director’s position at Colliers International in Houston for six years, where he focused on investment property sales and retail site selection. In conjunction with commercial real estate, Graham owned and operated a successful insurance company for several years. During this time, he gained expertise in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training employees.

Matthews™ will officially open an office in the Houston metro by Spring 2024. Graham is actively recruiting local talent specializing in various asset classes. This will be the third Texas office for the Nashville-based brokerage with additional locations in Austin and Dallas.
