Joanna Rotonde Manfro is a real estate professional serving as Vice President at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Joanna specializes in retail and mixed-use, with a primary focus on shopping centers located within Suburban Markets of the Northeast. Prior to Matthews™, Joanna worked for RPT, Regency Centers, and Urstadt Biddle Properties and has grown their presence significantly in each of their respective markets of the Northeast. In her 15 years of experience on the principal side, Joanna has facilitated nearly $2 billion in transactions.

 

Nicole Capobianco serves as Vice President of Sales Recruiting and Enablement for Matthews™, focusing on the talent acquisition and support of all Matthews™ brokers. She leverages her extensive skills in coordinating and managing the production cycle for transactions and advisory services by working ahead of the curve and understanding all the variables involved in a real estate transaction.
