Nicole Cressman currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. As of late, Nicole has been focused on revamping and restructuring the HR department. She has overseen the creation of the recruiting and training team, hiring HR representatives in specific offices, as well as training new HR employees for the independent contractor side of the business. Nicole’s current focus is enhancing employment for all Matthews™ teammates. She has spent the last six months rewriting the employee handbook and is working on improving employee benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, and more. Nicole has been an instrumental asset in the company’s overall growth and recruitment over the years, an exceptional feat.
