In his fourteenth year of a distinguished career in law, Spencer has consistently exemplified excellence, dedication, and legal expertise. Spencer was vice president, assistant general counsel to Marcus & Millichap before joining Matthews™ in early 2023. Since joining, Spencer has been instrumental in providing strategic legal guidance, navigating complex legal matters, and contributing significantly to the company’s success. As vice president, deputy general counsel, Spencer will oversee the company’s legal departments under the direction of Matthews™ Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer Paul Mudrich, including risk management and compliance services and company policies, among other matters.
