LOS ANGELES, CA — Matthews™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, is proud to announce the successful lease of a 19,020-square-foot flagship grocer and retail space located at 8770 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA, to Hank’s Organic, a family-owned organic grocery store and eatery. This transaction also included the transfer of a liquor license, further enhancing the site’s functionality as a full-service neighborhood grocer.
