Anaheim, CA – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the sale of a single-tenant industrial property located at 710 and 818 E Katella Ave Anaheim, CA. The property features 2.2 acres of land, plotted between entertainment destinations Disneyland and Los Angeles Angel’s Stadium. The transaction was brokered by Associate Carter Hadley and First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold.

 

Matthews’ agents represented the seller, a local business owner looking to sell the property after closing current business operations to enter retirement. The seller received an all-cash offer and an on-time closing.
