Matthews™ Sells GA Industrial Property for $900K Above List Price

Atlanta, GA – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, brokered the sale of A&B Home Outlet, a single-tenant industrial property located at 4747 Nelson Brogdon Boulevard, Buford, GA. The property sold for $6.3M, $900,000 above the list price. Senior Associate Harrison Auerbach and First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold handled the transaction.

 

Matthews™ represented the seller, owner of A&B Home Outlet, who was interested in disposing of the property to relocate into a larger facility to accommodate their growing business. Matthews’ agents utilized their national database to receive offers from across the U.S. and create a competitive bidding environment, driving up the final sale price. The seller received a profitable price point and an efficient close without delays.
