Tran specializes in industrial investment sales nationwide, advising private investors, developers, and institutional clients on the development, acquisition, and disposition of small bay and shallow bay flex industrial properties. His expertise also includes site selection, site planning, and market analysis to help developers identify opportunities and maximize investment returns.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Tran spent more than six years at Colliers, most recently serving as Associate Vice President in Capital Markets. During his tenure, he advised clients across investment sales, corporate real estate, and complex transaction advisory, developing a comprehensive understanding of property-level fundamentals and broader investment strategies.
