Matthews™ Vice President of Operations Julia Leonard has been nominated by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Women to Watch for the 2024 Women’s Leadership Awards. The award recognizes outstanding achievements by women who make a difference throughout Los Angeles and within their industry.

 

As Vice President of Operations, Julia Leonard is responsible for evaluating and managing functions necessary for sales productivity. In her role, Julia oversees sales operations, data services, loan processing, and underwriting. In addition to managing these Matthews™ teams, Julia participates in developing technology that streamlines internal processes and promotes more efficient deal management across the business.
