Based in El Segundo, Lifschultz brings over 30 years of retail leasing experience focusing on tenant representation to Matthews™.

 

Prior to joining Matthews™, Lifschultz founded SPL Realty Partners in Los Angeles, where he advised global brands and entertainment concepts on their real estate strategies. He was also a partner with GVA Williams, which was sold to Colliers in 2008, and held in-house corporate roles with Blockbuster Video and NIO. His impressive past and present client roster includes notable names such as City Winery, Equinox Fitness, Hilton, Dean & Deluca, DXL, Lorna Jane, and Johnny Was. Lifschultz has completed over 1,000 lease transactions totaling over two million square feet with an estimated value exceeding $2 billion.
