Michael Fleming Joins Matthews™ as Vice President of Retail Leasing

Dallas—Fort Worth, TX—Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, the nation’s fastest growing commercial real estate company, has appointed Michael Fleming as their new Vice President of Retail Leasing. Fleming, former Vice President at Venture Commercial and The Weitzman Group, brings more than ten years of experience in landlord, service, restaurant, bar, and entertainment representation.

During his tenure, Fleming has brokered over 200 lease transactions and represented landlords in over 50 commercial properties in the Dallas—Fort Worth market. These transactions include numerous news worthy deals such as STIRR, Harlow MXM, Cane Rosso, Truck Yard , Bread Winners Café & Bakery, Elements Massage, among many others.
