The program highlights industry-defining voices and honors leaders whose contributions are driving meaningful progress across their organizations and communities.

 

Harrington oversees investment sales, leasing, debt and equity services, and company operations, playing a key role in Matthews’™ rapid national expansion and strategic growth. Under his leadership, the firm has opened more than 20 offices and recruited over 60 industry veterans in 2023 alone.
