GA Zaxby’s Sale Achieves Record Price Point

Waycross, GA – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently closed the sale of a Zaxby’s franchise located at 2316 Memorial Drive, Waycross, GA. The transaction represents the highest- priced single-unit QSR sale in the Southeast and is the highest price ever achieved for a single unit Zaxby’s location on record, both for operations and real estate. Associate Ryan Schulten and Executive Vice President Chad Kurz represented the seller.
