Starrett will work closely with David Roth, Executive Vice President and National Director of Multifamily, with a focus on growing the firm’s multifamily presence throughout the Mid-West.
Rob Starrett holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton. Starrett brings with him over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate to his new role as Vice President of Multifamily for Matthews™. During his career he has successfully managed over $1 billion in investment sales and financing transactions throughout the United States. Thanks to his extensive industry experience and a strong investor network of large private and institutional clients, Rob and his team will specialize in the disposition of all multifamily assets throughout the Mid-West. His insight and work ethic coupled with his passion for real estate ensure that each client’s goals and expectations will be exceeded.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Rob was the Director of Finance and Acquisitions at The Mid-America Management Corporation. In this role, Rob oversaw transactions, financing, and asset management activities for their national portfolio. He led the process on all acquisition activities, including sourcing deals, underwriting, contract negotiation, and management of the due diligence process through closing. Before joining Mid-America, Rob worked as a Senior Asset Manager at The NRP Group.
