Joanna is joining Matthews™ with over 15 years of experience on the principal side and an impressive track record of nearly $2 billion in transactions. Leveraging her institutional knowledge, established relationships, and vast experience as a principal immediately sets her apart from the competition. Joanna specializes in retail and mixed-use, primarily focusing on shopping centers located within suburban markets of the Northeast. She has executed on a variety of different opportunities, including JV partnerships, tax-efficient deal structures, partial interest acquisitions, and portfolio transactions. She has a tremendous track record for deal sourcing off-market.

 

Prior to Matthews™, Joanna worked for RPT, Regency Centers, and Urstadt Biddle Properties. She has grown their presence significantly in each of their respective markets of the Northeast. Joanna has received several recognitions, including GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s Future Business Leaders.
