UMIAI Hand Roll & Sake Bar Opening Soon in Hollywood

LOS ANGELES— Matthews™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the lease for UMIAI Hand Roll and Sake bar concept opening at 6200 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. The 2,445-square-foot space will mark the second location for the concept, following its successful debut at the NoHo West shopping center in 2024, reflecting UMIAI’s growing presence in Los Angeles and continued momentum within the city’s competitive dining scene. The concept is led by seasoned restaurateur Anthony Karapetyan, who has built a diverse portfolio of concepts across Southern California, including The Drunken Crab, a Southern cajun seafood boil franchise, and Chick Me Out, alongside his broader hospitality platform, Kara Hospitality Group.
