Aria Pournazarian Joins Company’s Encino Office

Los Angeles—Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, welcomed corporate advisory specialist Aria Pournazarian as Associate Vice President. In addition to Pournazarian, the Matthews™ Encino office welcomed Brody Hess and Thiago Delia, both specializing in corporate advisory. They will provide value creation and real estate consultancy strategies to corporate clientele. Services range from rigorous portfolio assessments and evaluation of sale-leaseback executions, including at the M&A level. Based in the Encino office, the corporate advisory agents will serve various clients, including private equity firms, financial sponsors, and family and founder-owned companies.

 

Pournazarian comes to Matthews™ after several successful years focusing on corporate real estate advisory and brokerage services. Pournazarian was a sell-side advisor with a foundation of over $300 million in completed industrial, retail, and office transactions. Prior, Pournazarian was a senior investment sales associate at Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career, Pournazarian has been committed to a principal side approach to brokerage appropriately tailored to a commitment to clients’ individual needs and transaction coordination.
