Industry-Leading Capital Markets Director Cliff Carnes Joins Firm

 

El Segundo, CA – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announces the addition of Cliff Carnes as Executive Vice President, Managing Director of the firm’s Capital Markets Division. Previously positioned as Senior Vice President and Chief Production Officer at Walker & Dunlop, Carnes brings over 15 years of debt and equity origination experience to Matthews™. In addition, Carnes served as President of Johnson Capital, overseeing the company’s acquisition by Walker & Dunlop in 2014.

 

In his role, Carnes will be responsible for the overall direction and strategic objectives of Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM). He will work closely with Matthews™ Executive Leadership to enhance the division’s ability to aid agent’s in achieving their individual business goals and better service clients’ finance and investment goals.
