Andrew Wiesemann

Andrew Wiesemann is a real estate broker specializing in industrial outdoor storage (IOS), where he oversees leasing, acquisition, and disposition efforts for IOS properties nationwide. He advises investors, developers, institutions, syndicators, and 1031 exchange buyers on opportunities within the industrial and IOS sectors, as well as industrial private equity-related businesses.

Andrew is actively involved in sourcing opportunities, underwriting deals, and executing transactions across multiple markets. Through his experience in IOS and broader industrial assets, he has developed a practical understanding of site selection, zoning considerations, tenant requirements, and deal structuring.

He leverages a strong industry network and market insight to guide clients through all phases of a transaction, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and operational considerations. His approach is grounded in real transaction experience and a detailed understanding of the evolving IOS landscape.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Andrew began his career in 2013 in commercial investment management, where he built a foundation in asset performance, portfolio strategy, and operations that continues to inform his work today.
