Geoffrey Arrobio is a national commercial real estate mortgage banker and advisor serving his clients for over 30+ years. He has extensive experience managing long-term client relationships with both users and providers of real estate capital, and has developed relationships with life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, money center banks, regional banks, private debt funds, CMBS, private equity groups, and credit unions. Geoff has personally advised and secured financing for over $2.1 billion worth of commercial and multifamily real estate transactions nationwide, structuring various scenarios within the capital stack; including construction and permanent debt placement, acquisition financing, bridge financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity and JV financings on a variety of assets classes including; multifamily, affordable housing, medical office, self-storage, retail, office, industrial, mobile home parks, hotels/hospitality and marinas.

He has advised clients on the development of multifamily (affordable LIHTC, market rate projects, Veterans housing, and tax credit syndication and construction), self-storage (Cube Smart and private label brands), anchored retail, medical office projects (tenants including Cedars Sinai, RadNet, Provident Medical), industrial, build-for-rent, and marinas.
