Most recently, Duerk was COO at Greysteel, where he received many accolades including 50 under 40 and Best Bosses in commercial real estate by Real Estate Forum. Prior to Greysteel, he was a Vice President at Berkadia where he successfully integrated and developed the company’s investment sales and mortgage banking technology and marketing platforms. Duerk began his career in operations at Hendricks & Partners, where he became a partner and played an instrumental role in the company’s growth from a small start-up to a large nationwide platform leading up to the purchase by Berkshire Hathaway & Jefferies Financial Group-backed Berkadia.
