Matthews™ Adds Experienced Healthcare Operator to Growing Seniors Housing Division

PHILADELPHIA, PA—Matthews™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, welcomed Michael Inforzato as First Vice President of the Seniors Housing division in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Inforzato specializes in the acquisition and disposition of skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, memory care, and continuing care retirement communities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Prior to entering commercial real estate brokerage, Inforzato spent more than a decade in healthcare operations, including 12 years as a regional director of rehabilitation. In that role, he oversaw multi-facility portfolios, improved Case Mix Index performance, and supported the development and implementation of memory care programs. His firsthand operating experience provides a deeper understanding of the reimbursement structures, facility performance, and day-to-day operational considerations that influence seniors housing investments.

Since transitioning into brokerage, Inforzato has advised owners and operators on seniors housing transactions throughout the Northeast, including assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living campuses across New England and New York. His experience includes bringing a New England skilled nursing portfolio valued at more than $250 million through the transaction process.

Inforzato was particularly drawn to the firm’s emphasis on technology and its ability to support more sophisticated underwriting. Having developed his own analytical tools throughout his career, he sees the firm’s investment in data and technology as an opportunity to bring greater precision to seniors housing transactions, where factors such as reimbursement structures, payer mix, and occupancy trends can significantly influence asset values.
