Atlanta, GA – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the sale of Atlanta Heart Specialists, a cardiology practice located at 4375 Johns Creek Parkway, Suwanee, GA. The facility is positioned in a well-known medical complex adjacent to major hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital. The transaction closed at $5,968,064 and was handled by Senior Associate Ryan Burke and Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno.

 

Matthews™ represented the seller who was interested in disposing of the property to capitalize on the strong healthcare real estate market. Agents achieved a premium list price due to newly executed leases combined with a profitable market and closed before year-end.
