The facility is positioned in a well-known medical complex adjacent to major hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital. The transaction closed at $5,968,064 and was handled by Senior Associate Ryan Burke and Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno.
