Sale of Two Car Washes and One Self-Storage Facility

 

San Antonio, TX — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed a portfolio sale in San Antonio, TX, including two car wash facilities and a self-storage property. The car wash assets are located at 8714 Marbach Road and 10779 Potranco Road. The self-storage property is located at 8708 Marbach Road. The seller was looking to exit an operational role and achieved top-of-market pricing for two self-service car washes operating as Crystal Clean Car Wash and an approximately 34,000-square-foot self-storage asset. Matthews™ agents provided an efficient and quick closing process after sourcing the buyer through the company’s proprietary database. The efficient process and swift closure met the seller’s objectives.

 

The buyer sought to grow by entering a new market and diversifying their operations. They plan to continue operating the car wash and self-storage properties for the foreseeable future.
