Los Angeles, CA – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, brokered the sale of a three-property multifamily portfolio located in Los Angeles. The transaction was completed by Associate Henry Bell, Executive Vice President and Managing Director David Harrington, Senior Vice President and Senior Director Daniel Withers, and Senior Associate John Boyett.

 

The seller, David Mercer of Realty Center Management, was motivated to sell to consolidate his smaller investments into one larger property in California. As an experienced investor and long-time holder, Mercer owned the Los Angeles portfolio for over 20 years, making the sale a rare and valuable opportunity.

 

“Knowing David’s extensive background, prior sales, and the current market status, we knew that selling the three properties as a bundle would be the best way to leverage the listing and receive the most value for our client,” Bell said.
