Matthews™ Secures Lease in Santa Monica’s Lincoln Collection

Santa Monica, CA —Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the lease of 1641 Lincoln Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA, within the Lincoln Collection development. Matthews™ Associate Alec Torgan and FVP and National Director Michael Pakravan represented Cypress Equities, a prominent landlord in Santa Monica, in the transaction.

 

The 5,514 square-foot space was leased by Milano Nail Spa, represented by Daniel Tran from PR Associates Commercial. The nail spa currently owns 85 locations in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and California. While they already have a presence in Southern California with their Huntington Beach location, this is Milano Nail Spa’s first location in Santa Monica.
