The 5,514 square-foot space was leased by Milano Nail Spa, represented by Daniel Tran from PR Associates Commercial. The nail spa currently owns 85 locations in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and California. While they already have a presence in Southern California with their Huntington Beach location, this is Milano Nail Spa’s first location in Santa Monica.
