Located in the strongest industrial submarkets in the Atlanta metro, Orr Custom Cabinets is a viable property with the demand for industrial space on a continuous trajectory. The industrial asset is located by multiple major highways and can be accessed by two major streets, the property sees roughly 76,000 vehicles per day. After recently selling his business, the seller retained the real estate through a sale leaseback transaction and was looking to place unlocked capital.

 

Strategy
