Senior Associate Ben Tracy, Vice President and Director Simon Assaf, First Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajedand Michael Moreno, Executive VP and National Director Ben Snyder and Associate Vice President Zack Bates received CoStar’s Q2 2023 PowerBroker award.

The CoStar PowerBroker Quarterly Deals Awards recognizes the best dealmaking and transactions throughout the U.S. each quarter. Tracy and Assaf were recognized for the sale of Sandia Skies Self-Storage in New Mexico. Chhajed and Moreno were recognized for the portfolio deal of Sabates Eye Center in Kansas. In addition, Snyder and Bates’ Tri-County Towne Center deal in Springdale, OH was honored.
