Former Johnson Capital and Walker & Dunlop Senior Director Geoffrey Arrobio Joins Matthews™ in Encino

Los Angeles —Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, hired industry veteran Geoffrey Arrobio as First Vice President under Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM). Based in Encino, Arrobio boasts almost 30 years of transaction experience and specializes in securing commercial real estate capital for clients nationwide.

 

Arrobio works across all asset classes and has extensive experience managing long-term client relationships with both users and providers of commercial real estate capital, in addition to private debt funds, CMBS, national and regional banks, life insurance companies, and credit unions. Prior to joining Matthews™, Arrobio worked as a Senior Vice President for Walker & Dunlop. Arrobio spent most of his career as Senior Director at Johnson Capital and Walker & Dunlop, responsible for originating, underwriting, and placing commercial and multifamily real estate debt and equity. In total, Arrobio has advised and secured financing for nearly $2 billion in transactions across the U.S.
