Woodmont Village, a neighborhood shopping center in Canton, GA, presented both a promising opportunity and a distinct set of challenges. However, the property’s location in the outer reaches of Atlanta MSA meant that generating widespread investor interest required overcoming geographic bias and demonstrating long-term market viability. Additionally, with over 85,000± SF of space and a high 98.1% occupancy rate, potential buyers needed to be assured of the asset’s stability and growth potential in a competitive market nearing saturation.
